Are all of your items vintage?Most of our items are vintage, but occasionally we include brand new (never worn) pieces as well. We always list the condition in the product description—please check each listing for details.

Are the clothes washed before being sold?Yes, all of our vintage items are carefully cleaned and laundered before sale.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?All items sold are vintage and pre-loved, which means each piece has its own character, history, and signs of wear. Please review product descriptions and photos carefully before purchasing. [Returns] We do not accept returns due to the nature of vintage clothing. All sales are final. [Exchanges] We only offer exchanges in the case of a significant misrepresentation (e.g., major undisclosed flaw or wrong item). If this happens, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Do you ship internationally?Yes! We ship across Canada, the U.S., and selected international regions. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Do the items have any signs of wear?Due to the nature of vintage clothing, some items may show minor signs of wear. Any major flaws will be clearly noted.
